"Food, drink, dream - you need all the three" as the saying goes. The outstanding quality of the first two is guaranteed by the chef, JÁNOS HEGYI, the owner of several gastronomic awards. His son started working after studying in both Hungary and abroad.

Characteristics of the cuisine

International and Hungarian style specialities: Grandma's Garlic Soup, Knight's roast meat, Janika's favourite, Pork cutlet a la Serföző, Specialities of the Zala County.


The director of the company: Mr. János Hegyi studied at the College of Catering trade and made use of his knowledge abroad (Holland, Germany, England); he holds the title of chef, he is often invited to participate in the juries at the school leaving exams in the regional secondary schools specialised in catering and in the juries at cooking competitions and he is also a professional advisor.
Mr Zsolt Hegyi has the language certificate in German, a school leaving exam in the secondary school specialised in catering and tourism. He is also a qualified tourist manager. To deepen his professional knowledge, he worked abroad (Switzerland).
Mrs Hegyi passed her school leaving exams specialised in economics, she worked as an office manager of a hotel for 10 years, she speaks good German.

Professional work in our restaurant

We employ without exception cooks who were trained by us. We organise special trainings so that they can improve their practical skills and their German.

We are often requested to organise different parties on or out of the premises.

During the parties, the swimming pool is at your disposal.
